The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The Rossi M92 is a reproduction of the famous Winchester Model 92 rifle, commonly referred to as "the gun that won the West". The R92 Round Barrel comes in two finish options - Blue and Stainless. All R92 Round Barrel models feature crescent buttplates and an extended front sight. A satin stainless steel finish is professionally done and consistent throughout the entire rifle. Its smooth, non-checkered, straight Brazilian hardwood buttstock and rounded forend maintains the rifle's authentic styling and appearance.
The Model 92 is very similar in construction to the Winchester Model 1886 and represents the compact "carbine" version of this famous design. Many of its components were scaled down and simplified to handle smaller calibers compatible with the six shooter handguns of the day. As a result, owners benefited from having one type of ammunition work in both guns, rather than trying to keep track of multiple cartridges. Among users, the 92 was much preferred over the handgun because it carried more firepower, hit harder and was easier to deliver aimed fire.
