An exceptional 5 screw S&W 38/44 Outdoorsman .38 Special Revolver with a perfect bore and chambers. While this gun has been fired it remains in pristeen condition overall. Grips are a later replacement. A wonderful big frame S&W revolver made when quality counted and evidenced by this revolver's amazing double and single action trigger pull. Reminds me of a Pre - 29 model S&W. Serial range is S10485x.
