Just in from an estate sale is this beautiful one-of-a-kind Browning Olympian rifle! This is a very rare rifle that was built by Sako in Finland for Browning. Year of manufature is 1971. This beauty is engraved and signed (on the floor plate) by the master engraver Roland Baptiste whom worked for Browning in Belgium. This could very well be a factory engraved rifle. This is the only Olympian rifle that I have seen engraved with gold inlays and they are stunning! Has exquisitely detailed gold animals on both sides of the receiver, the trigger guard, and the hinged drop plate. This beauty has a few faint handling marks in the stock but otherwise is near mint and absolutely gorgeous! Also has a real West German made Zeiss Diavari-C 3-9x36 scope with a duplex reticle. Has a gorgeous walnut stock that is also beautifully checkered and carved. Has a factory 24 inch heavy profile barrel. Length of pull to the factory Browning butt plate is about 13.75". The closest rifle that I could find to this one is listed at $19,995 and that one doesn't even have gold inlays. So don't miss your chance on this amazing rifle at a great price!
