Description:
Up for sale today we have this beautiful Winchester Model 12 pump-action chambered in 12 GA with a 2-3/4" chamber. Manufactured in 1941. This beauty is engraved very nicely in an Ogawa style. Though we don't know the exact engraver, it is done very nicely with smooth clean lines. Definitely a top notch professional engraver. The barrel is 30 inches with a custom Simmons vent rib installed by Simmons. Factory fixed full choke. Overall this shotgun is in excellent shape and works great! The action is tight. The bore looks shiny and smooth. The stock is also carved very nicely with a trio of waterfowl on the left side. It appears that there could have been a crack that was previously repaired on the right side of the forend but it could just be the dark grain of the wood. Length of pull is about 14 inches to the plastic butt plate. Overall the wood looks excellent with only faint handling marks. The bluing is probably at 95% with only faint scratches.
