Description:
This is a very early model 39 with a 4 digit serial number in very good condition. There is about 25% case colors on the receiver, the colors on the hammer and lever have turned to a dark patina. The wood is sound with no cracks or splits and with the minimum of dings and scratches. The blue is strong with signs of the finish turning to a plum-brown patina. The barrel has been relined and has an excellent bore. Please use the ZOOM factor to make your own assessment of condition. This gun was made in the early 20's. There is what looks like a "K" stamped into the heal of the pistol grip.
