Description:
Scarce MOD 1894 30" tappered Octagon BBL in 38-55 WCF. Winchester only made extra lenght BBL's up to 1908 and only in two calibers 32-40 and 38-55. BBL has light pitting but good rifling. I have shot this and it functions and groups fine. All original metal finish, original varnish on the forearm and butt stock has been cleaned nicely. This is a scarce gun with factory letter and antique. "Buy them when you find them"
