RARE FRENCH POLICE MAUSER SVW/46 P-38 P38 9MM PISTOL W/ GRAY GHOST STEEL GRIPS. Serial numbered "7561K" and matching to all parts. The "K" suffix is the French Nationale Gendarmerie (French Police) code which follows suit with the circle flaming genade stamp on the triggerguard. Also corresponding to this is the star stamp on right slide. Made post WW2 for the French circa 1946 with NO import stamps. Correct dark gray parkerized finish overall with crisp markings and NO signs of use. These are rarer than the post War Military version. NO import marks. Magazine stamped "P.38 V" over "U".
