I have for sale a nice Parker built in 1908. This gun is a "O" frame 16 gauge with 28 inch barrels. The gun was originally a capped pistol grip gun but was sent to Brad Bachelder before his passing and converted to a straight, English grip gun. At that time the gun was completely gone over by Brad and anything that needed to be done was done. Gun has all matching numbers, correct long trigger guard, and nice case coloring. Top lever is dead center and gun is very tight on face with or without the forend attached. Stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 3/4 X 14 3/16 over a black one inch pad. Cast of stock is neutral. Bores in both barrels measure .668 with .003 constriction in right barrel (skeet) and .005 in the left (loose IC). Chambers are 2 3/4 inches. Weight of the gun is 6 pounds 1 ounce. Serial number is 149000 and it is listed in the Serialization book as 28 inch barrels with capped pistol grip. Condition of the gun is very nice with good barrel bluing and good case coloring. Screws are very nice, wood is also solid and nicely done. If you would like to bird hunt with a vintage gun this may be just the ticket for you.
