S&W model 1953 (pre-34) 22/32 Kit Gun. This is a first year (1953) production .22 lr caliber kit gun with 4” barrel and round butt. These very early kit guns were made on the modified “I” frame and this one is a “four” screw variety with a flat latch. Walnut round butt grips with diamond are also a correct feature for the period as is the pinned barrel and the recessed cylinder.
This cute little kit gun retains 98% original finishes; is mechanically perfect and comes in the original red, two-piece box.
A must have for the S&W kit gun collector.
