Winchester M1 Garand Dated 1942 in .30-06
This is a nice war-time Garand. It appears to be all correct.
The wood has the usual dents and dings from years of storage. No cracks or checks. It does have rack numbers on the right side of the stock and on the wrist. The stock stamps are clear with the circled P on the grip, the crossed canons and the WRA/GHD. All of the metal still has good finish remaining with only a little wear on the sharp exposed corners. Bore is very good/excellent with erosion wear at the throat and muzzle being less than 1. Good bright bore with strong rifling. More pictures are available.
Overall a very nice, clean rifle that would be a good shooter and an excellent addition to any collection.
