Beautiful pre-war 1926-manufacture Smith & Wesson 2nd Model .44 Hand Ejector. Chambered in the potent .44 Special caliber, this 2nd Model H.E. was the successor to the legendary "Triple Lock" 1st Model. This gun features an N frame, 6-1/2" barrel, blue finish, fixed sights, and checkered walnut grips. The original blue finish would rate at approximately 90-95%. This revolver has an excellent bore, in in perfect time, and locks up tight. A very nice example of a classic Smith & Wesson .44 revolver.
