Description:
Winchester Model 12 Trap Serial #1958761 for sale. 1962 manufacture. From my personal collection find this Model 12 Winchester Trap with "duckbill"vent rib and macthing serial numbers. It has a 30" Full Choked barrel and the bore is absolutely unmolested and mirror bright inside, some tiny freckles on the exterior surface and a few very minor scuffs from actual use.
The Winchester proofsteel cartouches are offset and the rib is secured by dovetail at muzzle and three pins at mid post. Posts are retangle. Length of pull to the new Kick Eez pad is 14 inches. The old pad had deteriated too much. One of my old Navy buddies owned this gun and it was stored far more than it was shot. Action is smooth and positive. Wood set is in very good condition as well showing only a few handling marks and safe kisses.
