Description:
An antique English percussion fowler by Charles Osborne. This fowler is engraved with a hunting scene on the lock and fine scroll engraving on the butt plate, lock, barrel breech and triggerguard. The stock has a blank oval plaque to the rear of the lower tang.

Condition -All iron parts show a good honest untouched age patina. The stock has not been sanded or refinished and has a great old wrist repair with 2 expertly inlaid iron straps. The action is strong and crisp. The bore is very good
