Description:
Very limited production Cooper Anschutz 1710 Custom Classic in .22 Long Rifle. According to best estimates, Cooper made approximately 150 of these in .22 LR utilizing Anschutz barreled actions in 1997. Cooper provided the machined bottom metal and did all of the stock work. At the time, Cooper marketed them under the "Anschutz USA" brand name, claiming they were the "best of both worlds--Anschutz actions and Cooper stocking".
Includes the correct factory numbered box and outer sleeve, manual, and both the Anschutz and Cooper test targets. It remains in 99% condition and appears to be unfired. It features a Claro walnut stock, as well as optional inletted swivels and Niedner steel buttplate. These wonderful sporters are seldom seen, especially with options.
