Description:
This German 16 double was made in April of 1941. I was told by a very knowledgeable fellow this is a model 8. The condition of this firearm is excellent with very strong original finish throughout. The shotgun features 27 1/2" barrels ( metric) choked IC/IM and chambered at 2 3/4". It has side clips, a Greener crossbolt, cheekpiece and Krupp 3 ring steel. The shotgun weights in at 5 lbs, 12oz. The damage to the firearm is a dent in the comb pictured the photo supplied and possibly a small cold blue touch up on the left barrel about half way where a tiny bit of pitting occurred that is not very visible. The bores are mirror. The gun locks extremely tight and is on face.
