A Webley and Scott Mark IV revolver in .38 S&W. This revolver has a 4 inch break open barrel with fixed sights. It has a dull possibly military finish in good condition with some scratches and finish loss. It has a single action only six shot cylinder and Webley plastic grips. .38 S&W
