U.S. Model 1819 Hall Flintlock Rifle. Gorgeous Model 1819 rifle with a S. North breech dated 1832. The North contract rifles exclusively used barrel band springs to secure the barrel to the rifle. It is our professional opinion that the breech has been placed in a Hall stock. Metal is brown/gray patina with traces of original brown finish. Wood is good, has some minor wear. A crack is noted on the left-side above the trigger guard. Overall a great-looking Hall rifle!
