Designed to perform, the Silver Pigeon II is also as beautiful to the eye as it is to the touch. The oil-finished stock is select walnut with a traditional Schnabel fore-end; bold game-scene engraving separates it from other shotguns. This over-under also enjoys the Beretta’s legendary pointability, thanks to the 680 series low-profile receiver. Furthermore, the absolute strength of the unique locking system provides for years of trouble-free use. A beautiful example of quality workmanship. This gun functions as intended including the single selective trigger and ejectors (throws both snap caps 6-8'). Ships with 5 Beretta Optima tubes. The metal is excellent. The graining in the wood gives the gun a lagurious look and is in very good used condition. There are no splits, gouges or breaks but there are very fine scratches in the finish, most do not show up in the high quality photos. The worst is behind the receiver on the left side. See the last two photos to see how you have to look at the right angle for it to show up. Please see all the high quality photos to determine condition for yourself. The hold down strap for the receiver in the case is broken and needs replacing. Buyer will pay shipping both ways on returns. Credit card purchases please add 3 1/2%.
