This New Model Super Blackhawk .44 Mag. is an excellent choice for handgun hunters, hikers, campers, and backpackers alike. Jacketed bullets, whether soft-point or hollow-point, perform well on large game up to and including moose, and make short work of wolves and mountain lions. For bears, hard cast lead provides the deep, straight-line penetration you'll need to get the job done.
