I'm listing a Winchester model 1886 rifle caliber 40/82 of mine , she's an antique , serial number 9721, Mfg'd in 1887
nice condition for a rifle that's 133 years old. past owners took pride in the care of this rifle as the bore is very decent for a rifle born in the black powder time. nothing out of the ordinary about her , sports the popular 26" octagon barrel that's turned a nice aged patina along with the aged case hardened receiver and looks to be original rear open leaf sight. I bought this rifle a few years ago in western Minnesota and don't know much beyond that. She shoots and operates fine. I've the dies and a fair amount of Ammo for it that I'd be willing to part company with as well. at one time I'd thought I needed all of the old rifles now it's time to start letting them go. She's an antique so can send it to your door. I ship only through the US Postal Service and insure my rifles so will need an adult signature upon delivery.
