Description:
NSN, .22 LR, 26" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a nice rifle that retains 92-95% of the original blue finish that has silvering at the muzzle on the exposed edges of the receiver. There are some further small specks of plum-brown freckling along both the barrel and receiver, heaviest at the breech-end of the barrel. The rifle has an original Microclick aperture rear sight and a multi-post hooded front sight with folding sporting bead and lollipop front blades. The one-piece walnut stock is in excellent shape with only some very minor handling marks in the original varnish (mostly confined to the left side of the buttstock) as well as a small amount of finish loss along the edges of the pistol grip. The rifle comes with a single magazine and heavily flaked, but intact leather sling. This rifle is in fine overall condition; an excellent target/training rifle overall. FFL or C&R
