Manufactured during first year of production in 1956. This .38 Special has an indication of a drag line but appears to be unfired for there is no powder residue on the face of the cylinder. Retains all original blue and case color. Comes with factory letter and original black box and box is numbered to the gun with faint wax pencil on bottom. Box has normal wear but is better than average. Gun is 97+%
