Interesting Collection of Weapons!
Here we present a collection of Blades. This assortment of tools is as colorful and diverse, as the history that is behind each item. This would make a great addition to a collection or the start of a new one. There are two French saber bayonets dated 1871 and 1874 respectively. One of them is marked by the armory of St. Etienne and the other’s markings are a bit faint. There is an Indian Talwar with a red velvet covered scabbard of more recent make. There is a small Nepalese kukri style knife with a decorative scabbard. There is a small knife with a carved wooden handle and sheath. The knife does not stay together at present. A carved wooden piece in the shape of a spearhead with a handle, a powder horn, and a dummy grenade round out this eclectic grouping.
