PRE-WW2 SPRINGFIELD U.S. M1 or M-1 GARAND .30-06 CAL. RIFLE CIRCA 1940. Serial number in the 31,xxx range produced in February 1940. Barrel dated September 1943 (9-43). Otherwise original and complete. Good overall with the original lightly worn Parkerizing. Matching wood with no inspector’s marks. Working order and excellent bore.
