Description:
This is a very nice AyA model 65 sidelock 12 gauge shotgun. Single steel bead sight, 3 inch chambers, automatic ejectors, improved modified/full chokes, full coverage fine floral and scroll engraving on the receiver and side plates with side clips, gold lined cocking indicators, dual triggers, tang mounted thumb safety and checkered splinter forearm and straight grip stock with inset gold "WDW" initials near the toe and solid Decelerator recoil pad. The barrel and stock measurements are: Bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .730/.730 inch; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .055/.055 inch; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 1 7/8 inches; length of pull 13 3/4 inches; cast off; toe in. Includes a canvas take down case. Very nice. Around 95% original blue finish remains on the barrels with light handling marks and an area of cold blue near the muzzle. Vibrant original case colors remain with some light silvering around the edges. The lower tang screws are marred. The refinished stock has fresh cut checkering and new finish added. This is a fine looking shotgun and ready for the field and range. 12 Gauge

Metal Condition: Very nice. Around 95% original blue finish remains on the barrels with light handling marks and an area of cold blue near the muzzle. Vibrant original case colors remain with some light silvering around the edges. The lower tang screws are marred.
Wood Condition: The refinished stock has fresh cut checkering and new finish added.
Bore Condition: Like new.
Barrels: 28 inch blue with a raised rib.
Triggers: Double triggers with the front being articulated.
