Description:
The Perrin Knife revolver is a 6 shot pocket revolver, in 9mm Perrin caliber, with a 6.5" removable knife blade barrel shroud. It is double action, with a folding trigger. Serial number on frame and cylinder match. Frame marked E. Perrin/ &Cie BTE. Gun has 2nd type loading gate, and third type frame, with topstrap. Frame and knife feature simple foliate scroll engraving. Metal shows a dull pewter patina, with scattered surface discoloration, and oxidation. Markings and engraving mostly clear. Grips show some wear, with scattered handling marks, but retain most of their finish. A very nice mid 1800's knife/pistol.
