Description:
This is a Beretta 682 Gold Trap X Combination Gun in 12 gauge with 32 inch over/under barrels with screw in Beretta Mobil chokes, and a 34 inch mono barrel with a screw in Beretta Mobil choke. The gun was returned to Beretta at some point and fitted with 28 inch over/under Super Skeet barrels with fixed skeet chokes. The serial number is H07314B; it was manufactured in Italy in 1997. This serial number is marked on the upper tang of the receiver and on each barrel set. The over/under trap barrels are designated 1 on the top rear of the rib; the mono barrel is designated 2. The Super Skeet barrels are undesignated by number. The gun’s barrels and receiver have a matte finish. This gun’s stock has an adjustable comb which is covered in leather and partially padded, a palm swell on the right side of the pistol grip, and appears to have a very slight amount of cast off. It is equipped with a GraCoil compression butt plate with adjustable tension settings and adjustments for length, drop, and rotation. A KICK-EEZ recoil pad is also installed. The trap barrels are ported and have high ventilated ribs with front and middle beads. The skeet barrels are ported and have a ventilated rib with front and middle beads as well. Vari-Brite-Site III units have been added to the mono trap barrel and to the skeet barrels. Additional colors and installation tools are included. These units are attached by pressure sensitive tape and can be readily removed per the manufacturer’s instructions. The gold trigger is screw adjustable fore and aft. The receiver and trigger guard show minor Beretta engraving. The forearm shows a minor scratch or crack that appears to have been repaired. A gold letter ‘R’ appears to be glued to the bottom of the pistol grip. Included with the gun is a fitted Beretta case (with three combination locks) which holds the combination set; Beretta socks for the o/u barrels, the mono barrel, and the receiver/stock; a Beretta combination tool; tools for the GraCoil and Vari-Brite-Site III; and a Browning choke wrench. The Super Skeet barrels are packed in an included original Beretta barrel case. Also included are four Beretta Mobil chokes (F, F, IM, M) and two compatible Briley chokes (S, S).
