This ushered in the era of the "big gun" and was only the beginning. For ultimate power and velocity there's nothing even close to an X-Frame model handgun. Featuring the massive .500 S&W Magnum cartridge with 2600 ft/lb. muzzle energy, this is a hunting handgun for any game. The massive cartridge's recoil is tamed with an effective muzzle compensator and this variation of 500 includes the S&W Performance center upgrades from the base model 500. Which includes a chrome hammer, chrome trigger with trigger stop, upper railed scope mount and a PC tuned action making this the ultimate Smith & Wesson 500. This revolver has been used but is in excellent condition with a bright bore and smooth working action which is perfectly in time. The finish is excellent with a few minor scratches. Includes the factory Performance Center carrying bag. If your in the market for handgun capable of taking down heavy game this is the revolver for you.
