SIMEON NORTH U.S. MODEL 1816 FLINTLOCK PISTOL. .54 cal. 9” smoothbore barrel proofed “P/US” at the breech. Lock stamped “S. NORTH/EAGLE/U.S./MIDLTN CONN.” 100% original in every respect including the screws. Original flint and not a reconversion. Very good plus to fine with fine original metal patina and crisp markings. Excellent stock with visible inspector’s cartouche and the original finish with nice handling patina. Working order and very good bore. Original ramrod.
