Description:
Available for purchase today is this original WW2 Nazi RZM PPK with original Party Leader grips. The blue has been touched by rust and is flaking in those areas. It has a 90 degree safety, serial number is 806xxx. Excellent, bright bore that could still stand some additional cleaning. Both sides of the grips are cracked, as is normal on these guns. The normal short straight cracks in the little circle around the screw on both sides, then there is a cracks on the left grip running vertically thru the right wing's outer feathers. Then there is a circular crack on the right grip between the screw head and the eagle, which looks to have been repaired long ago. I pulled the grips and they are in one piece and seem solid. Both tabs are there at the front of the grips to engage and hold tight to the frame, and there is a metal piece molded to the inside that runs all of the way around the grips below the screw holes and around the back as well. No Nazi proofs, this is a pre war Crown over N gun. There are what appear to be numbers scratched inside the slide, but It looks like chicken scratch to me, and I can't read it. It's the real deal, and the owner paid A LOT more for this gun than we are selling it for. Rare bird here. Comes with a complete Officer's rig, which we feel is likely a Bulgarian repro set. The holster is DRGM stamped, but the leather just doesn't have the musty smell to it. We will give the buyer a 5 day inspection period just to make sure you are comfortable with what can be a very controversial piece. $55 insured shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
