Description:
The Merkel Model 8 side by side was imported by GSI Inc.for a short time. The Model 8 is esentially like the Model 47E except without ejectors. Engraving on the 8 is minimal with denotes its utilitarian nature. Cocking indicators are found on either side of the receiver and provide a visual and tactile method for checking the status of the gun. This gun is in fine condition and locks-up tight to the face. There is a trace of surface rust on the left barrel and a few very small spots on the receiver. 12 Gauge
