Westley Richards Sporting Rifle 98 Mauser, A very solid rifle with a good bore. 24" BBL with roll-over hooded sight, 1 standing, 1 folded to 200 yards, London barrel marking, Birmingham proof .318 Accelerated Express marking, lever magazine release, 3 extra holes drilled in the left side of the action for a side mount sight, 4 holes in the top of the rings, trap grip. The stock is very sound with 13 3/8" LOP to traditional English pad. The stock shows nice figure, strong chequering that appears to have been recut at some point, very well done, the drop is minimal to facilitate use of a scope, 7lbs 1 oz. rwss 4200.00
