LONG-BARRELED J. STEVENS & Company New Model Number 40 C&R “POCKET RIFLE”
With Matching Shoulder Stock!
Here we present an antique J. Stevens & Company Pocket Rifle, manufactured circa 1916 in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. About 15,000 of these pocket rifles were produced between 1896 and 1916. This pistol was considered one of the most accurate target pistols of the day and comes with the original attachable wire stock. It features am 15-1/4 inch bull barrel and a weighted pommel for balance. The action is single action only with a crisp trigger.
The overall condition is fine. Original blue & nickel finish. The action is strong, and the bore is bright. The stock is seated firmly against the back strap. Here is a great chance to own a unique Stevens Pocket Rifle!
