This pistol features rugged steel three-dot sights that will last forever. A dual-spring full-length guide rod guarantees precision accuracy and unrivaled reliability. A standard Picatinny rail accepts all manner of lights and lasers. The XD series of handguns features a truly ambidextrous magazine release. It features a host of safety features such as a striker indicator which is obvious at a glance or by feel, a loaded chamber indicator that works both night and day; and finally the passive grip safety adds another painless layer of safety to the weapon, requiring literally no conscious thought to use.
