Description:
This is a 3 screw old model Ruger Blackhawk Flattop in 45 colt (NO transfer bar conversion) Serial number lookup shows early 1958. Hamilton Bowen did conversion/custom work in 2010 including black powder cylinder chamfering, hone / ream cylinder throats, BCA oversize locking base pin, trigger tune, outsourced John Trumbull case hardening. Original excellent front and rear Micron sights were retained. Don't know what he called the package at the time. This one has been a shooter but retains bragging rights good looks. Bright sunlight photos do a good job of representing the finish. Two sets of custom hardwood grips.
