Introduced in 1987, the AMT (Arcadia Machine & Tool) Automag II was introduced as the first "regular production" semi-auto pistol in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire. Originally offered in 3 barrel lengths of 3 & 3/8ths" inches, 4.5" inches, and 6" inches, the Automag II featured full stainless steel construction, a gas-assisted blow-back action, an adjustable white-line Millet rear target sight, a Hi-Viz painted front sight, grooved polymer Lexan grips, and a detachable 9-shot magazine. The slide has a rear right-side mounted thumb safety and the slide-stop lever is located on the right side just above and behind the trigger. The Automag II went thru several changes during it's production run to improve reliability until it was discontinued in 2001. This particular example is serial number M13421 and is very lightly used and in excellent condition.
