WINCHESTER HOTCHKISS, SPORTING, 45-70, 24 1/4" Barrel, "Often Referred to as the: HOTCHKISS BOLT ACTION REPEATER". SN#1334, MFG: 1880/81, Wincester Letter, States gun was made as Musket, Converted to Sporter at Later Date. Located on Receiver Under the Wood on Left Side. This Gun Appears to have Military Marking on Barrel. The gun has a Nickel Plated Fore-End Cap W/Lever, to allow for storage of Cleaning Rod. The Stock has been Professionally Repaired, 2 1/2" Crack Left Side of Pistol Grip at Tang. Fine Mechanically, Fine Bore, Bright with Strong Rifling. Ships to Lower 48, w/Insurance: $60.00
