Description:
Scarce early 1873, late 1st model. This gun appears to have honest wear and has been well used. If it could talk, what stories it could tell. Traces of factory blue remains in the protected areas. Manufactured in 1878 with a set trigger and a 30 inch octogan barrel. Cody factory letter is included. It appears the bullet extractor has been replaced a long time ago and prevents the dust cover from fully closing (see photo) other than that it is in good working order. This gun would make a good edition to a winchester collection at a decent price. sn28323. Will only ship to the lower 48 states.
