As the title says, this 686 was built and engraved to commemorate the 120th year since the founding of the Massachusetts State Police. The revolver is custom cased with the matching belt buckle, challenge coin, some unusual department patches, etc. It has been fired, but probably not more than about 50 rounds. The barrel is turning plum, bore and cylinders excellent. $55 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
