March 1918 World War I with very rare all matching components.   Original Winchester barrel. The bore is shiny throughout.   Riflings are great with moderate thinning near the discharge. Stock, reciever, and bolt all stamped number SN 349345.  Barrel marked with the number 6/18, W and Flaming Bomb near the front sight. Bomb and Eagle on left side of reciever. Stock has cartouche near left reciever on the stock.   Stock marked with serial number. Bolt marked with serial number. P on inside of grip.  "Some model 1917 rifles were prominently marked with a paint stripe around the stock to avoid confusion with the earlier P14 that used the British .303 round."
