This Parker is a nice Single Barrel Trap (SBT), SC Grade, 12GA, 32in FULL choked, vent rib barrel, dual ivory beads. The Serial Number 183,7XX dates this Parker to 1921. Overall condition shows the gun as a nice shooter with most screws factory timed correctly. Gun is quite clean for 100 years old . Engraving still showing very well and mechanically works and shoots very nicely. The single trigger is crisp and ejector is strong. Pistol grip buttstock with some handling marks with Parker Bros Meridian Conn Factory Grips Cap. Note in pics the LOP 14 3/8in. with a standard 1in pad included. All wood in good to vmVG condition with NO cracks. An additional Pachmyer trap pad as shown on gun giving LOP at 14in.
As with all factory SBT, this trap gun has a raised vent rib (see pics) and very well balanced. There is a small repair to the rib, but has no effect on shoot ability. All Parker SBT, SC have no Safety as shown in pics with thumb latch right of center. The barrel bore is very bright with no dings and choked Full. The wood has nice grain as well.
NOTE: The case hardened coloring of 35% can still be seen in some hidden areas and the engraving is sharp and vivid.
Will make a nice addition to your collection or on range that surely increase in value.
