WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SPECIAL ORDER SEMI-DELUXE .38-55 CAL. OCTAGON RIFLE CA. 1908. 26” barrel having the original factory elevator rear and bead front sights. Button magazine. Lyman tang sight. Winchester address and patent dates as well as “38-55” stamped on barrel. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock and forend. Steel shotgun butt plate. Winchester hard rubber logo pistol grip cap. Excellent original condition with barrel having much original blue evenly mixed with patina. Frame with grey patina with traces of blue. Wood nicely refinished and checkering redone professionally. Fair bore with moderate corrosion which should clean up nicely. Perfect working order.
