Description:
This is an amazing 1894 Carbine. Still has cosmoline in the reciever. The wood is incredible. Carbines in this period came with normal Ladder Sirght. This one has the California Buckhorn Rear sight. Really neat piece. In order to install the Buckhorn sight Wichester had to move the barrel stampings forward to in front of the barrel band. This makes the gun undeniably special order. It also has the rifle butt which is not common to carbines as well.
