Description:
Charles Lancaster Model 98 action .300 H&H Mag. The action is clean with good blue, quick release floorplate, there are no holes drilled for scope! Crisp trigger. The barrel is 26" with a good bore and chamber, 1 standing, 1 folded, patent hooded front sight. Cordite 49 1/2- 220 max proofs that are very clear. The stock is a round knob, open pistol grip, 14 1/4" length of pull, chequered butt with additional crest-plate, no cracks or oil soaking, light handling marks.The case is in really good shape and appears original, the crest plate on the front of the butt is marked with a lion and axe. 7lbs 3oz hsss 0144141 6500.00
