The Marlin 1893 is a side eject lever action rifle that made the transition to smokeless powder cartridges as this one has. Made in 1898 this rifle carries the 26" octagonal Special Smokeless Steel barrel. .30-30 Winchester

Antique: Yes
Metal Condition: Shows moderate finish loss with a fair amount of original blue on the barrel. Faint case color remains on the receiver. A few screw heads show some deformation.
Wood Condition: Wood appears in good condition with the exception of a crack at the wrist that has been repaired with glue and two brass screws.
Bore Condition: Bright, showing slight wear at the lands
