SOLD A clean newer made Brown Bess .75 cal musket with a 39" clean, shiny smooth bore having been test fired only. The frizzen gives a generous shower of sparks, and all metal parts are in the white as issued. The hardwood stock is very clean and may have a couple handling dings. Action is strong and needs to be worked-in. A faithfull represantaive of the vererable Brown Bess, well made and very rugged with overall length of about 56" .The muzzle has a front sight that is used as a bayonet lug, and comes with an iron trumphet ram-rod. Complete with correct sling swivels. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
