Sold Pending Funds / Colt Dragoon Shoulder Stock, this (original) Rare stock has serial #'s 17540/17541 stamped into the top of the buttplate and again on the bottom to the rear of the securing lug, the metal surfaces are tones of brown and pewter with some flashes of silver mixed-in. There is some fine pinprick pitting and other scattered blemishes but nothing drastic or alarming. The smooth walnut stock is about very good, there are handling marks throughout, the fit to the metal is slightly off and the left-side cartouche is visible but soft. The overall condition as described and photographed is good plus- very good. Inv. : # CS 4391
