Pre-64 Model 70 Barreled Action Custom Bolt Rifle, The action made by Winchester in 1959, 24 1/2" Douglas 1 in 10" twist barrel, 2 1/2" Best of the West Muzzle Brake, No open sights, Standard 3 position safety, Model 70 trigger, Standard Model 70 hinged floorplate, Allen guard screws replaced, High Tech Fiberglass stock; The barrel channel, recoil lug, rear tang and the bottom metal are glass bedded, Sling eyes on the stock, 13 1/2" LOP over a 1" Decelerator pad, 6 lbs. 15 oz. as is, The bore is as new, It has a slightly extended throat to seat bullets out, The magazine was slightly extended as well, The metal reblued and now remains at 99%.
