Description:
This Mark V Deluxe is a rare configuration not only in its chambering, but with regard to its combination of satin-finished steel and glossy stock. Famed outdoor writer, Layne Simpson, initiated development of the 7mm Shooting Times Westerner in the late 1970s shortly after Remington's introduction of its 8mm Magnum, which provided the voluminous parent case. Velocity per bullet weight exceeds that of the 7mm Rem. Mag. by about 150 to 200 fps. 7mm STW
