This is a near mint Siamese Mauser action and new barrel CHAMBERED for The 45/70 cartridge. PLEASE NOTE WHILE CHAMBERED the barrel still needs to be locked up to the action AND HEAD SPACED There is no pitting on the action also the receiver needs to be drilled and tapped for scope bases if wanted and a new bolt handle installed. Note the barrel length is 26" .Also included is a beautiful semi inletted claro walnut stock. reason for selling I already have one in 45/70 and had thoughts of rechambering this one to 45/90.
